The Maher ADU project started after years of planning with a previous architect. Although the design reflected the homeowner's vision, the plans could not be permitted, leaving the project at a standstill. RCS Pro Build stepped in to review the existing plans, make the necessary revisions, guide the project through the permitting process, and ultimately bring the ADU to life.
