The renovation included a redesigned open-concept kitchen and dining area, the addition of a second full bathroom, new energy-efficient windows and exterior doors, updated finishes throughout the home, and numerous structural improvements that significantly enhanced both the home's appearance and long-term performance.


Perhaps the most demanding aspect of the project involved correcting nearly three inches of foundation settlement across the home. Before any remodeling could begin, our team completed extensive foundation shoring and structural leveling to stabilize the property and provide a solid foundation for the renovation that followed.
